Privacy Policy
Effective May 20, 2024
Thank you for trusting and using HomeCN (飞翔加速器).
We take your personal information and privacy seriously. Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service carefully before using the service. By choosing to “Agree” you confirm that you have read and understood both documents in full. If you do not agree, you can choose to “Exit” the application.
Preamble
In this policy, terms such as “we”, “us”, “our”, “the operator”, and “this service” refer to Beijing Xiaoyou Network Technology Co., Ltd. (北京笑游网络技术有限公司), the developer and operator of HomeCN. Terms such as “you” and “user” refer to any natural person or single entity that downloads, installs, registers for, or otherwise uses HomeCN’s products or services — including, but not limited to, network optimization software, mobile clients, and related web pages.
By using HomeCN you confirm that you have been informed of, and agree to, the rights and obligations described below. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the software.
You confirm that, before using HomeCN, you trust us to handle your information responsibly. The purpose of this policy is to make clear what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. Your privacy matters to us. Please take a few minutes to read how we protect it; if anything is unclear, get in touch.
I. What data we collect
We collect data so we can provide a better service — for example, recognizing the language of your region.
- Basic personal information you provide, such as your email address or phone number.
- Basic device information for the phone HomeCN is installed on: device model, operating-system version, unique device ID, and network type (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G, etc.).
- Diagnostic data collected to help debug occasional faults — for example, your most recent login time and IP address. This data is not retained once the issue is resolved.
- When required by applicable law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, we may collect and provide relevant data (including HomeCN usage data) to government and regulatory bodies.
- Real-time service-quality data: we automatically monitor and optimize the service by analyzing internet conditions and traffic patterns, including destination domains/IPs and your originating IP. This process does not retain logs or per-user data.
- We may use browser local storage (including HTML5) and the application’s own caching mechanisms to collect and store data (including personal information) on your device.
- We may use cookies. Cookies are small files that a website transmits to your computer’s hard drive (with permission) so the website can recognize your browser, capture certain information, and produce aggregate analytics that help us improve the experience.
Android permissions and reasons
To enable the full feature set, the Android client may request the following permissions. You can use the app without granting some of them, but related features may be unavailable. Revoking a permission later does not affect data already processed under your earlier consent.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE/READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE— read and write images, files, and crash logs needed to publish content and keep the client stable.INTERNET— basic networking, required for the app to work.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE,ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE— detect network changes and surface the current network environment.READ_PHONE_STATE(Android 9 and below only) — used for advertising attribution; not required.CHANGE_WIFI_STATE— allows the app to change the Wi-Fi state when needed.- Device identifiers (IMEI, MEID, Android ID, IMSI, GUID, MAC) and lists of installed/running applications — used to identify your device for fraud prevention, anti-abuse, service security, and operations quality.
- Crash and diagnostic data (GUID, MAC address, browsing/operation logs) — used to analyze and resolve runtime issues.

II. How we use your information
We use the information collected across our services to maintain, protect, and improve the user experience, and to keep our users safe.
- We use information from caching and other technologies to improve your experience and the overall quality of our service.
- We may use your information to debug issues.

III. How we protect your information
We take every reasonable safeguard to protect your information from misuse, unauthorized or unlawful access, disclosure, loss, alteration, and destruction.
- We use SSL encryption for many services, which encrypts the connection between your device and HomeCN servers and prevents intermediaries (cafes, ISPs, Wi-Fi hotspots) from observing your search results or sign-in details.
- Your personal information is held behind protected networks; only a limited number of personnel with special access are able to view it, and they are bound to keep it confidential.
- We periodically review our website and applications for security vulnerabilities to keep your access as safe as possible.

IV. Third-party disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without giving you advance notice. This does not include website-hosting partners, vendors that operate the site on our behalf, or other parties that conduct business or provide services to our users — provided they agree to keep the information confidential. We may also disclose information to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect our or others’ rights, property, or safety.
We may share your information with our partners for the sole purpose of operating HomeCN’s business. Service providers that process your information on our behalf are bound by contract to keep it confidential, and are not authorized to disclose it for other purposes or to third parties.
We may retain or disclose your information if we believe in good faith that it is necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or government request; to protect anyone’s safety; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect our or our users’ rights or property. Nothing in this policy limits any legal defense or objection you may raise to a third party (including governmental) request to disclose your information.
V. Third-party links
From time to time, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our site or in our applications. These third-party sites have their own, independent privacy policies; we have no responsibility for the content or activities on those sites. Even so, we work to maintain the integrity of our own site and welcome any feedback about linked sites.
VI. Protecting minors
If you are under 18 years old, please make sure your guardian has read this policy carefully and explicitly consented before you use the service or share personal information with us. We protect minors’ personal information strictly, in accordance with the relevant national laws.
